Gravity Casting

Gravity Casting

Stable, dense, low-porosity aluminum parts for structural and safety-critical applications.

  • Common alloys: ADC12, A380, A356, AC4B, custom alloys on request.
  • Part weight range: 0.1 kg – 30 kg.
  • Dimensional tolerance: CT7–CT9 (ISO 8062).
  • Surface finish: as-cast Ra 6.3–12.5; machined Ra 0.8–3.2.
  • Typical lead time: tooling 15–25 days, sample 4–7 days after T1, mass production 15–30 days.
Gravity Casting

Lower tooling cost than high-pressure die casting.

Excellent mechanical properties for structural parts.

Suitable for medium-to-large parts and small batches.

Low-Pressure Casting

Low-Pressure Casting

Tight-tolerance parts with excellent mechanical properties, ideal for wheels, motor housings and structural parts.

  • Common alloys: A356, A357, AC4C.
  • Part weight range: 0.5 kg – 50 kg.
  • Dimensional tolerance: CT6–CT8.
  • Lower gas porosity than gravity casting; heat-treatable.
  • Typical lead time: tooling 20–30 days, sample 7–10 days.
Low-Pressure Casting

High mechanical strength — heat-treatable (T6).

Excellent pressure tightness for hydraulic & pneumatic parts.

Favored for wheel hubs, motor housings, suspension parts.

Sand Casting

Sand Casting

Flexible low-volume production for large, complex or prototype aluminum castings.

  • Common alloys: ADC12, A356, custom alloys.
  • Part weight range: 0.5 kg – 200 kg.
  • Dimensional tolerance: CT9–CT11.
  • Sand core capability: 5 dedicated sand core shooters (XYZ955).
  • Typical lead time: pattern 7–15 days, sample 5–10 days.
Sand Casting

Lowest tooling cost — ideal for prototypes & small batches.

Handles very large and complex geometries.

Wide alloy compatibility.

CNC Precision Machining

CNC Precision Machining

3-, 4- & 5-axis precision machining of cast and raw aluminum parts.

  • 68 CNC machining centers: 5-axis (6 sets), 4-axis (16 sets), 3-axis (46 sets).
  • Machining tolerance: ±0.05 mm typical, ±0.1 mm standard.
  • Surface finish: Ra 0.8 standard, mirror polishing on request.
  • Cavity, slot, thread and engraving per drawing.
  • Typical lead time: 5–10 days for machined parts (post-casting).
CNC Precision Machining

High repeatability — full CNC production lines.

Integrated with casting for one-stop delivery.

Supports complex 3D features and tight tolerances.

Mold Design & Tooling

Mold Design & Tooling

In-house tooling for gravity, low-pressure, sand and die casting — design, simulation, sampling.

  • Mold flow & DFM analysis with every new project.
  • Tooling materials: H13, S50C, S55C; standard & custom steel.
  • Tooling lifetime: 30,000–100,000 shots (gravity); 50,000+ (low-pressure).
  • Standard sampling lead time: 4–7 days after T1 approval.
Mold Design & Tooling

Single-point-of-contact from DFM to sampling.

Reduces trial-and-error & saves weeks.

3 utility patents in mold and casting technology.
