Quality at a foundry is not one big inspection at the end — it is ten small gates spread across the process, each catching a different class of defect while it is still cheap to fix.
Our 10-step QC system mirrors the physical flow: incoming ingot → mold trial → casting → X-ray → heat treatment → shot blasting → CNC → first-article → surface → OQC. Every gate produces a record tied to the batch number, so any part can be traced back to its heat, operator and machine.
Key Points
- Gate 1–3: incoming spectrometer check of every ingot lot; mold trial and first-article approval before mass production starts.
- Gate 4–6: X-ray digital imaging on safety parts, heat-treatment curves recorded, shot blasting verified against samples.
- Gate 7–9: 100% dimensional inspection after CNC, CMM sampling per batch, surface-treatment adhesion and thickness tests.
- Gate 10: pre-shipment OQC — 100% visual and functional, with CMM report and material certificate shipped with the goods.
